The whole rental experience was a disaster. The original pick up site did not have the truck that was reserved so we had to go to another site. The 24/7 check in system did not work well. And, the person at Mooties was not familiar with the reservation system. It cost us 1 1/2 hours of moving time while our 3 movers were waiting. If you charge anything for this rental it's very poor business on your part!!!!
