The lockbox was completely frozen. If the kind business owner of the location hadn't of been there, we would not have been able to get the key out. He was kind enough to get a small torch blower and he thawed it for us. You need to update that lockbox.

I had left it in the lot and went to return the key but one of the employees told me I had to move to a different location upon having done so the truck unfortunately bottomed out and got stuck. I went inside to tell the staff and they said not to worry about it. A week later I received a bill for the tow. Without any forewarning
