The trailer was full of snow which it took me along time to shovel it off. I had to put the trailer back and struggle to get it off the ball myself.

ROBERT JThe rental rate given on a previous visit and on the web was $30. Th price I paid was $70 the agent (who admitted he was subing for the regular), He spent too much time trying to figure out the computer and I finally accepted since I only had the one day to get the job done. How about a refund?

OLGA Vthis guy from this business called me yelling at me for over 3 min that he was harassed all day by his customers (waited til 3pm to call me)because of where the truck was parked(nothing stating where to park return equipment) and that I put the keys in the wrong drop box as there was a drop box right in front and I did not know it was for another business..he's yelling at me telling me I had to pay to have the truck towed he was VERY RUDE!! after hanging up he called me back like 3 min later to say he had the keys and the truck was moved and told me to have a nice day!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
