Truck was parked on a place. It was clean. Lady obviously was better prepared for renting storages than for renting trucks. I spend 40 minutes when she tried to get key and do the paperwork. Next time I would find better place.

There was no representative available at the location for pickup. Cost me and hour and a half and was just a pain. I called the hotline and they got me squared away, but that has nothing to do with this location.
