I ordered moving blankets and there were none. How is someone supposed to move without blankets to protect the furniture? Major inconvenience added on top of the stress of moving.

The computer system seemed to be working very slowly. I showed up at 9:55 for my 10:00 reservation and had to wait for about 10 mins before the person came to the office to help me. He kept saying that the computer program was slow and not working right and I didn’t get out of there until 10:25 despite having pre registered online ahead of time.
