Not their fault, but I had to drive 40 minutes further north and forty minutes back to get the equipment! My reserved location was changed the day before pickup! Numerous phone calls and messages back and forth with west Georgia scheduling, who weren’t customer friendly at all. This caused a lot of problems because that was a high school graduation day and they added time was a big problem.
