Extra mileage charged but that wasn’t her fault. She was just doing what Uhaul was telling her to do. My overall experience with Uhaul is that every time we use them we end up with changes and more incurred charges in the end..my original order disappeared from my app so I can’t prove that we had more mileage allowance and that my original amount due was about $103 compared to the total of $168. Again, I don’t think it’s the location’s fault, but U-Haul’s practices in general
