This place was out in the middle of no where. Had to travel down narrow rock roads to get to it. No one was there when we got there, had to wait. The dolly and blankets weren't loaded. The dolly was out in the rain wet and dirty. Talked about where I was headed but the guy put in ray vlaire WI which is the billing address not where I was going which was Kansas City. So had an issue returning truck. Was sent to a place that doesn't take trailers. Had to call again to find another place to return. Horrible experience!!!

The area where we drop off the U-Haul was flooded due to the recent rain. I was told that I would not be charged for two days and I have not been reimburse yet. It should not take this long.

Mean Muggin Movers went aboveand beyond what was necessary to ensure we were happy with our experience. Due to the lack of customer service through reserving online, we were scheduled to pick up in Owensboro and were never told it had been moved to Rockport IN. When I realized the mistake, Ashley at customer service at corporate Uhaul was very unprofessional and rude and offered no help at all in dealing with the issue. So we had no choice but to pick up in Rockport, but I was very grateful for the owners and workers at Mean Muggin Movers, they more than made up for the lack of customer service we were shown through corporate Uhaul. Thank you Mean Muggin for making our moving experience a great one!

Everything about this experience was horrible. I should have spend $20 more and used Penske. I had the worst customer experience I have every had over the phone and trying to get ahold of a "manager" within your company is a joke.
