This lady at the country store named Becky was so helpful and went out of her way for us. She was amazing… very friendly and thorough. She knew the current status of each vehicle on that lot and was able to give us real time information and on the spot help. She gave us tips on figuring out which size would be best. Her knowledge is incredible. We will definitely recommend her in the future and her place is a joy. Thank you. 😊

Start putting hand crank winches on your car haulers because a large percentage of the cars being hauled are not running which makes it hard to load unless a person happens to have their own a simple non powered hand crank winch would be sufficient

On my print out the rate was 39.95 but the charge was double that at 70.90 so it was confusing. Only had it for 24 hours, seemed kind of steep for a pull along trailer.

Made an equipment reservation for Anchorage Alaska…Had to drive 150 miles one way to Seward Alaska to get the “only piece of equipment available” for my reservation. Local dealer was awesome. Tow Dolly was damaged and had no left side running lights (thankfully brake and turn signal worked. Not the kind of start you want to 3500 mile trip.

We were charged extra fees because we were unable to get the truck back on time. The reason for that being was because the mountain pass was closed due to a head on collision. I ended up paying over $500 for a uhaul truck due to circumstances beyond my control. I have rented from uhaul in Alaska two other times for approximately the same amount of time for no more than $300. We will not use uhaul again.

This was one of the easiest rentals I have done. They were very informative and truthful with the situation of the equipment. Their customer service is second to none. Knot So Fast Country Store were friendly and kind to me and everyone else I saw them encounter while I was there. I would rent from them again.
