The U-Haul had carpet pad and 2 moving blankets it which I used so no complaints.

Carly was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. She answered her phone when we called, texted us instructions, made our rental experience easy and smooth. Rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer, it was clean and had good tires. Definitely will use again and recommend.
charlotte acheck-in and return was a breeze. I didn’t see it mentioned when I reserved that there was not anyone there, so maybe just make it known when making the reservation that it is a remote site. If it said it, I missed it.
