Great service we happen to have a blow out on the way to our destination. U-Haul made it so simple I just called them and they got someone out there under a hour to change the tire and get me back on the road. We appreciate the professionalism.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAll done over the phone.
Donald CThe lady was helpful over the phone but did the wrong contact pricing was hit with a bill when I turned in the tel . I will never rent from u haul thru phone or internet
Steven LTried 3 times to load pics. Never would load correctly. I load files all the time user wasn't the issue.
Herbert CNo staff at location. Waited 5 minutes at gate for access in to location, then told via phone to self drop the rented trailer. If I was physically incapable to take trailer off myself it would have been a nightmare. I wasn't informed ahead of time that this location had no one on-site. The wait time between calling, leaving a message and getting a response was unacceptable
