Worst customer service, overcharged me with something I never acknowledged, appointment was late 30 minutes when I was being told and confirmed can self pick up the truck at 6 am, the app shows unexpected problem can’t do anything. Worst ever rental.

STEPHEN MReceiver of truck was a young Bangladeshi gentleman who required phone assistance to walk him through the checkout steps. But he was entirely charming through the entire process. The station is immaculate; I entertained myself with some iPhone podcasts and a few of the delicious and impeccably organized snacks. This dropoff is a 10 minute walk from my house, in the West End Historical District of Rockville. But there is also easy free parking on the street by the station. A little more speed would have been nice, but nothing to make me not to want to use this location again.
