Difficult to compare to the usual UHaul dealers as it is a small gas station. Location is convenient and very tidy, but also tiny with very limited parking. Staff were exceptionally polite and gracious though.
David HI went in the morning , rent a truck to moving some furniture , and returned by noon with no problem. The service was excellent. I will recommend it .

Michael DHonestly, using the app at the beginning was incredibly complicated, and it’s ridiculous that they require two references or contacts they can call. Imagine someone who doesn’t have many people in their life how are they supposed to do that? On top of the stress of moving, you have to deal with that whole app check-in process. It’s just absurd. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever use U-Haul again.
