Honestly, using the app at the beginning was incredibly complicated, and it’s ridiculous that they require two references or contacts they can call. Imagine someone who doesn’t have many people in their life how are they supposed to do that? On top of the stress of moving, you have to deal with that whole app check-in process. It’s just absurd. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever use U-Haul again.

Diego GThe U-Haul sign is not clearly displayed and I had hard time finding it. But the gentleman “Khan” was very helpful and professional. But I had the real issue with the location at 7300 Westmore Rd 6, which was originally referred by your Market Street lady. I got there at 5:20 pm on May 12th, first of all I would have found the place if my wife wouldn’t have located it first. It’s a “pigeon hole” not a real office. There was a button on the wall by the “door” that said “ring bell” for service. I rang that bell at least 5 times without anybody answering. Mind you that their website says hours of operation as 10 am to 6 pm ( I got there at 5:20pm) then I called the number and nobody answered. When I was finally at the 260 Washington street someone called me from silver spring and told me that he missed my call, I was in the middle of gassing up and I told him that I don’t know who he is and had to hang up because I thought it was a spam call. Then I realized that person was probably from U-Haul. He never told me that he was calling from U-Haul and that he missed my call. Very unprofessional! You do not treat your clients like this after closing your U-Haul location before 6 pm and not answering calls. I was spinning around in circles for about an hour until my came to this location at 260 Washington street. I will never ever go to the 7300 Westmore street, this person should not be in this customer service business. S..

GAINES HTwice did I rent a vehicle with two furniture dollies and twice did this location NOT have the furniture dollies, and it wasn’t until I showed up, did anybody tell me about it. If they don’t have the equipment, don’t allow the equipment to be rented, or have someone call and let me know, so I don’t have to waste the first two hours of my rental trying to find alternative equipment.
