BJ and Amy went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I needed on short notice. It was very easy to communicate with them when I had to make changes to my reservation. I plan on only using their location in the future!

RACHEL YExpect fantastic customer service from the whole team here in Rogers. I've used uhaul many times over 30 years. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I had made a mistake while using the app, and BJ was able to step up and fix my mistakes. I don't expect miracles and folks can only do what's humanly possible. However, I say get out of the bigger cities and rent from these fine folks. I was moving across the country and he saved my butt! Thanks again folks!
