BJ was helpful with return. As a dealer, he was not able to issue the refund for the two dozen blankets. We had previously returned at the pick up location. I’m going to call U-Haul to request this refund per his instructions.
TYLER EI was having trouble with the app upon picking up the truck and he called and walked me through it to make sure I wasn’t late meeting my movers. He went above and beyond to help me!! Highly recommend renting a truck from this location!!!
