How U-Haul Reviews WorkGot confused with my drop off location, spoke to BJ and he guided me to the right spot! Excellent customer service from a great dealer! He truly goes above and beyond and cares about his customers! Will definitely do business again with BJ! Thank you for all your help
MIKE CGreat service
jesus vI filled the gas tank to exactly where the line on my uhaul papers indicated. However, I was charged 3 gallons of gas because I parked the uhaul on a hill which caused the gas cage to appear lower than it was. Next time I will park it up hill so the tank looks fuller than it actually is. Charged an extra $15 because of how I parked the uhaul. I even have photos of the gas gauge after I put the gas in.
