The experience was fine, but they don't always have folks on-site that know how the rental process works. Would recommend having a separate little desk or something for folks to go to when picking up and dropping off. People were nice enough, just felt a little wonky.
Peter AFirst this wasn't the location I picked. The pickup location was switched with no notice. So I went to the first location and they had no record of my order. 35 minutes later I was informed it was changed, 15 minutes in the wrong direction. When I got to the new location, the employee had no idea how to process the order. What should have been 5-10 minutes was over 40 minutes. No exaggeration!
Casey MStaff accommodated a last minute rental (same day) and were very helpful with the process.
