Equipment was not maintained. Spring loaded retaining clip didn’t work on car hauler. Pulled the ramp out and it fell completely out and hit my shin and busted it. Ramp could have fallen out going down the road. Reported it when I turned it in and told them it needed to be put out of service until fixed and they didn’t do anything.
