App needs to be accurate to service center’s equipment availability. Attention to details when picking up equipment when service center is closed is vital. For instance, I followed the instructions from the app and had keys to the wrong truck and the dolly & moving blankets were not in the truck . Thankfully a employee was stopping by the service center to pick up something and able to get me the right keys and a appliance dolly & 6- moving blankets
