NINA BHad an awful experience with uhaul. Reserved a truck for a Sunday pickup. Received confirmation email. Drove 1.5 hours to the pickup location. There were 2 trucks there but no one could get me the keys. Ridiculous! Horrible experience. Would never recommend uhaul.
Christine CThis 'business' is an old, used tollbooth dropped in an unmarked gravel lot next to the train tracks in a rust town. No one is actually stationed inside the tollbooth box, there were zero workers anywhere. There are no lights, signs, security cameras, or anything that indicated this was a real place of business and not just a vacant lot. I did not choose to use this location, UHaul changed our reservation pickup to this lot 30 miles from us. UHaul Corporate really needs to physically drive out there and do a site inspection to see this for themselves.
