I made reservations online with a U-Haul representative by the name of Teresa. She was excellent. She never once told me that this was a pick up location that there was nobody available because I needed somebody to make sure that my son‘s name was on the invoice and she told me no worries whenever I pick up the U-Haul, they could just add his name so now come to find out whenever I dropped it off on Sunday. My son‘s name is not on the invoice so now I’m not going to be able to get refunded for his move, which he is in the military and when I called the number at the pick up place I had to leave a voicemail which I never got a call back then I called the one 800 number and I sat there for 45 minutes to an hour trying to download the app. It was the worst experience ever I will never ever go through U-Haul again where that location is located it is very poor service on cell phones so like I said, it was an absolute nightmare and I travel 45 minutes to get there.

Stop scanning drivers license and allow picture to be uploaded. Scanner would not work. Took me 30 minutes to get checked in.

WILLIAM RThis location is horrible. It is not easy to find, the address we were given took us to someone's house, and there was no barcode to scan to indicate we were at the location (had to use location services, not optional). We also had to call U-Haul because our reservation was not changed to a mobile pick-up when U-Haul changed our pick-up location to this site the day before pick-up. The woman on the phone was very helpful, but it still took us 30 minutes to do a self-service pick-up due to all the ridiculous-ness.
