It looked very unsafe, like a place where one could be attacked. I answered to the personnel being helpful because I dropped off the vehicle after their closing hour, and didn't meet anybody. However a customer service agent named McKenzie was super helpful and was able to help me retrieve my phone that I locked in the vehicle. She was very professional and friendly and deserves commendation.
OLUSEYI TI rented and was never asked how many days...I drove it in 3 and ur guy rented me for 6 days plus insurance. The place was such a dive I had to go across the street to buy a ball system.when I dropped trailer off the said no refund...I got screwed over and I'm done with uhaul
KENNETH MThe Uhaul that we had reserved was a disaster! NO one at that location was there to move the Uhaul so we could drive it out - it was stuck behind other trucks. Uhaul 24/7 was able to find one 1/2 mile away after we stood in Texas heat - at the Auto Repair & Body Shop. The attendant was excellent at the Auto Shop!
