Not prepared properly. Was unable to get me checked into vehicle on their own. I had to do it for them. The vehicle was blocked in. They had an employees personal truck in the way and couldn't find the keys. Horrible location.

The rental process was good. Would have gotten 5 stars if I didn’t have a problem checking it back in. Checking it back in and having the gas discrepancy wasn’t great as I had to go back and have them correct it. It did get corrected but didn’t need the extra charge on my account at that time.
