We were greeted by a very personable representative with everything in hand and the truck ready to go. The pre visit email directions were easy to follow and self explanatory. All you have to do is pick the size of truck, pick the options you need if any, submit a picture of your drivers license and your information is sent directly to the pick up point. I would recommend Compass storage to anybody in need , Randy and Jen were awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Exellent service .
ANTHONY LI was charged a cleaning fee when I was given a truck that wasn’t cleaned out. I left it exactly how it was given to me and I was charged a cleaning fee of $50. I’ll never use U-Haul again.
