The company charged me twice for the rental adding additional fraudulent charges on the second one. When called, they tried to blame me saying that I must have brought it back late or driven it further. I emphasized that I did everything correctly. I called U-Haul a couple of hours later and found out that the 3rd party company had issued a refund and corrected the charges.
