The location was fine however the uhaul app is the absolute worst. Took me 1 1/2 hrs just to get the truck. I was either hung up on or the call dropped on 3 occasions. Returning the truck was horrible also. The location is fine if someone is there to help. But if using the app is the choice I would say no.
Angelica C.Location is convenient, but the signage is poor snd there appears to be nowhere to park at this location. Perhaps that is by design. We had a very difficult time obtaining our cargo van via the app.

Willie S.The location was not the problem. The problem was that it took a very long time to get approved. Also, once I got approved the first time I kicked me out and I had to get approved AGAIN from a different contact. Overall process took an hour and that is not something I expected. Unfortunately won't be using U-Haul again.
