The truck looked fine from the outside but had several check engine messages including the traction and check engine light. Twice when I returned to the vehicle after parking it and going inside, it would not start when I returned. When I went to see if I could get jumped, the latch to the hood was broken. I had to call for service and then after I waited about 40 minutes (in the cold), it finally started.
MEREDITH HStore was clean but was a vape store and not the kind of place I felt good about taking my wife and waiting on a ride to pick a up. Attendant did not inspect vehicle, return of dolly, or even complete the check in. Uhaul contacted e the next day asking why truck as not been returned.
