My card was overcharged, more than what the amount was when i made the reservation. I have tried severally to reach this location. I was not given a printed receipt and the person that attended to me does not really know what he is doing. I need my refund and my receipt. My total charge was $857 excluding tax. My card was charged $999. please I need someone to give me a call immediately. This is very disappointing and unethical.
