The employe who work there didn't speak french and bearly understand it. He didn't seem to know exatcly what to do. I ask for 12 blankets and he gave me only 6 (witch cause a problem when I give back the truck. I was charged for the 6 "missing" blanket and I have to call you for a credit.

Terrible service. This is the second time I’ve rented from U-Haul, and the second time I’ve had problems. They are absolutely awful; they still haven't issued my refund, and they gave me the wrong truck. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Jonathan FLes employés ne sont pas formés adéquatement pour la location des camions. Ils doivent appeler la proprio et le gars de uhaul pour savoir comment faire car l'ancienne location n'avait pas été finaliser avant... bref c'était donc long! 30min avant de partir avec le camion. Facture pas trop clair... Le camion par contre était parfait.
