How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe employe who work there didn't speak french and bearly understand it. He didn't seem to know exatcly what to do. I ask for 12 blankets and he gave me only 6 (witch cause a problem when I give back the truck. I was charged for the 6 "missing" blanket and I have to call you for a credit.
Marc-Olivier PTerrible service. This is the second time I’ve rented from U-Haul, and the second time I’ve had problems. They are absolutely awful; they still haven't issued my refund, and they gave me the wrong truck. It’s incredibly frustrating.
