I reserved furniture dollys, they or any location doesn't have them. In addition, the back lever was frozen so we had to de - ice it. Then there wasn't a regular dolly in there. On top of that they tried to charge me for after hours when I was there on time but their number to call after hours did not work. I called 4 times no answer. I called customer service number, they gave me two codes, that didn't work. Then they told me to leave the keys in the car and leave the passenger seat unlocked. Absolute horrible experience.

Gary BI was given NO GATE ENTRY CODE and was not informed that the location would be closed on Monday when my return was due. I called the after hours number on the gate several times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I finally was able to follow a storage unit customer into the parking lot, but after checking my van in on the app, I was unable to trip the gate to leave without then using the truck to drive back over to let my ride into the lot. The entire process wasted half an hour when it should have been 5 minutes max. I’ll never return to this location again.
Jessica QI was not told how to return the U-Haul after hours and was charged for 3 days instead of the 10 hours I had it for. I was charged a cleaning and gas fee on top of it. My card was charged $350 for 10 hours. I called to ask why and I was given a porn or escort service phone number instead of the main Uhaul number.
JESSICA RWe dropped off after hours and it took us 15min to get ahold of someone to give us the passcode to get through the gate.
