With the code to enter, you have to be near the facility and do check in, but there isn't enough space in the entry to do it. I was in the entry with no code blocking traffic twice. I'll go to another rental location. This would be my last choice for a rental so inconvenient. If you had a code prior to check in, fine. But there is no convenient way to do it

Abby T.The software and U-Haul app is absolutely worthless. Virtual check-in and checkout on a Monday with the office closed both took one hour as photos would not upload. Check-out only occured with excellent phone in customer service as app never worked. I would NEVER rent on Monday again. Office staff Marie was great as I rented before on an earlier Thursday.
