This lady was amazing I had a horrid experience at the grayslake location and she made it all better! Will only rent with her from now on!!! Also this property should get another couple trucks it's so convenient!!!

John SNo one answered the number we called for drop off. Another random person let us in to drop off the truck. Spent over 20 minutes until finally getting someone by calling U-Haul’s 800 number. Brittany was helpful to close out my rental, but (outside of Brittany) it was not a seamless process and information listed on being able to drop off truck was inaccurate. Satisfied with her customer service, dissatisfied with Dropoff process.
