I think this should apply to the original drop off point. Not where it was actually dropped off that was a second location due to the original location was closed. I was not informed. I called the number with regards to being posted on the door. The person I spoke with was inconsiderate, rude, and short with her attitude her first recommendations was, she could do nothing I said that was unacceptable because nobody even informed me that the location was closed she implied I would be responsible if it was stolen if I left it at that location I explained there’s no way I can leave it at this location because it is wide open and exposed. Then she gave me the location of where I did drop the vehicle off only after I challenged her poor customer service and requested a physical location not just the app and leaving it at an unsecured drop off point.
