Sydney GMy overall experience with U-Haul in TX was great. From the wonderful phone customer service when I had questions regarding my truck rental, to Pinkys Feed Storage, which is a great place to rent our truck for our drive from TX back to California. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They advised upgrading our 10-foot rental to a 15-foot rental with better suspension, dual rear tires, more cabin and legroom, and very low mileage, especially with the car and hitch attached. The upgrade definitely made a huge difference with the road trip, so we appreciated the advice to upgrade. The gentleman made sure that all the equipment was safe and in great condition and gave us wonderful advice for the long trip. We appreciated their assistance and we were happy to have done business with Pinkys for our U-Haul needs.
