location charged me for things i did not want without my permission, kept interrupting our check in to help other people instead of finished our pick up, made us get our own equipment from the back storage.

TYRONE CClerk behind the counter was not very friendly or welcoming. Did not communicate well. During drop off, they told us to get out.
JEANETTE AThe whole experience was very strange. The vehicle ended up being fine, but the location and the guy behind the counter was very sketchy. It did not engender trust and confidence.
Richard RThe GAS CAP WAS REMOVED when I arrived at location. The gas was clearly siphoned from the vehicle before I arrived. The vehicle was on empty, and I had to refuel before heading to the loading location. Not only that the pickup location was NOT SAFE. I did not feel safe picking up the vehicle at this location by myself.
