This was the first I have had to use the app to collect a U-Haul. The owner of the store had no idea how to help and just told me to use the app and figure it out. Even though the contract said the U-Haul would have 1/4, I recieved it with less than a 1/16 on the fuel gauge. I was also charged for two furniture dolly’s when I was never given any.

Manager of store was rude. Charged me more than my reservation was. And had additional charges after.
Rosie OTruck was not clean.. yet charged a cleaning fee… i swept it out… gas was on empty..
Raheem BI reserved the truck at 2830 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95817, with email confirmation. When I got there, they told me the truck was at the Kwik Shop. The person at the shop was not happy to help because it was a key box pickup, and I was interrupting his phone time. He has a very heavy Indian accent, which I had trouble understanding what he said. I also reserved some pads, which they don't have either.
Sabrina Dthe only thing was I added a dolly to my cart at time of online order. when i went to pick up truck, they did not carry them. it should be noted they only have trucks online. Make sure you check before adding to cart exactly what each location has especially offsite locations.
