We rented a 10 foot truck to move. We live less than 2 miles from the rental location. The truck gas gauge indicated the tank was empty. After loading the truck, I attempted to put gas in the tank and there was a major gasoline leak near the fillpipe. The gasoline poured out and I was unable to put gas in the tank. I immediately returned the truck, I drove less than 5 miles total. I informed the rental business of what had occured. I was told to call Uhaul and have the charges to my credit card reversed. I did call and the charges have not been credited back to my account.

To make sure we know how to move the seat up and Morris’s other then that I had to ask to have help

The service was great ! I was a little late coming back and he was totally fine with it. I will be using this service for my future needs going forward ! Thank you Sir,

Clean rigs, fill fuel tanks, clean out the back.

I don't understand why would would tell me one price, then charge me DOUBLE of what I already paid. The miles were calculated before I made the trip, and I put more than enough gas in the tank. I think you guys are scamming me hard to get more money out of me and it needs to stop immediately. I paid what was required in order to use said vehicle, so there should be nothing more that I owe.

Trucks for dirty miscommunication where I'm supposed to take the truck so is very bad so the next time when you tell somebody you need to be very very clear with your customers and not only that give the right paperwork to the customer's cuz you had no paperwork when you rent in V the truck that was poor customer service I knew where not did not know where to take this truck at.

No signage so very difficult to find. Then there was only one individual who could finalize my paperwork and provide the keys - he left for an emergency as I checked in to the front. I waited in the store for him for 40 minutes.

The staff was friendly and professional. My only gripe is that this location is not at all visible from the road. Needs a large sign high up.

Focus. Deal with one customer at a time.

Service was superb!

Do something about the VERY sharp corner of the driver's seat. When I got in the first time, it took out a chunk of my leg. I wound up taping some foam over it. It's razor sharp.

Staff professional and courteous.

They didn't know how to tow the trailer.

The guy tried to over charge me for fuel even after I showed the fuel level on my contract he told me if I had a problem with it to call customer service so I did while I was at counter on the phone with customer service he left the store I asked one of the other guys where he was so they called him he said he would be back in 10 to 20 min. I still had the keys to the truck so I left since he wasn't there to do the return. I took it back to the location is originally got the truck from. While in line he calls me to tell me he's reporting the truck stolen! I told him I left because he left. Then I find out he charged my credit card for the over charge on the fuel. From now on Its Penzke or Ryder. I'm done with u haul
