How U-Haul Reviews WorkI got confirmation the night before my reservation that they had a 15 foot box truck for me, like my reservation. When I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that my truck had been given away and my only option was a 20 foot truck. The staff member was not friendly, however did end up giving us a deal after a long conversation. Also, this was the dirtiest truck we’ve ever reserved. It’s not an ideal location either for the business. Overall, it was not a good experience.
Sydney CThe guy called me in the morning and he told me I don't have the 15 you reserved I only have the 26 and I told him that's too big I want the one I reserved they told me to pick it up here and he said let me see what I can do then I called UHAUL and I spoke to a representative and the told me that they did have the 15 this location so then he called me back and said okay I have it you have to hurry to pick it up he was very rude I got to the location to pick up the truck and he made me sign the contract and I requested a copy and he said what's your email address and you're phone number I will email you a copy and send you a text as well he handed me the key and he never went outside to check the odometer or anything else I had to go back inside the location to call him out be he had me waiting for 1 hour because he was helping other customers and also because had to remove and add on from the truck it's a thing I guess they use to transport a vehicle and then my tire had a screw in it and I told him about it and I also took a picture of the gas and he said that it was fine like that and he said it's filled half a tank of gas and I said no it isn't I took the picture and I showed it to him it only had 93 miles before it would be on empty and I asked for a copy of the contract and he never gave it to me he just said sign it and took it back from me and I never received a text or an email from him in regards to the contract his customer service is really bad I will never go there or recommend him to anyone I was very upset and I was not satisfied with the whole process oh and the only good thing he did was call the repair man to service the truck at my house before I left in all honesty the man is bad for your business thank you for your time.
