Everything went well. Mix Master is a smaller location. The owner/U-haul agent Ron was very friendly and I was provided just what I reserved.

Mix Master was professional on the phone & in person. Great turn around time- in & out! And, courteous to confirm the location of their office. Easily a good solid referral.

I appreciated Ron calling me and giving me directions to the drop off location

I was scheduled to drop off the truck at 5301 Jackson St, North Highlands, CA 95660 It took forever to find it. It was at the end of a long gravel ally filled with condemned buildings and No Trespassing signs. When I got to the end of the road there was just a shack and a bunch of non running cars. It was scary as hell. I called the number and a woman answered and said I was at the right place and told me to come in. I asked her to come out. She said no. There was no way in hell I was getting out of the truck alone at that place. She told me to go somewhere else. Overall my UHaul renting experience was horrible from start to finish and I can't believe these places carry the UHaul name. The "Mix Master" was a really nice and friendly guy... but AGAIN... it was in an unsafe area full of little chop shops pushed way back from the street... not a UHaul location. NOT Safe for a woman by herself.

I've had bad experiences with other uhaul locations, but The 4555 auburn Blvd is the best service experience I've had with uhaul. They were very friendly, very responsive And did everything in their power to make my move possible.

I had to pick the truck up in one location and then go and pick the trailer up in another... then drive back to the first location to get my car and pay to get it hooked onto the trailer.. That was not a good experience at all.
