No one was there to pick up the truck and had to call to get the rental. Plus Uhaul moved me from the one i wanted to stop at that was on my way, but he said he did have one. Funny when i drove by that other location they seemed to have two trucks that i wanted to rent.

No one was there I had to do everything myself and I was shorted a piece of equipment I ordered.
Theresa RLocation was closed and my dolly and pads were locked inside. Had to drive to Leadville to pick them up. Was told I would be given a $50 discount for my troubles but according to my receipt that doesn’t show. Very disappointing in u-haul!!!
