CAMERON CI am completely frustrated with UHaul reservation. I was told the reservation would be for St Albans. No one called to confirm, and when I showed up at St Albans I was told the reservation was moved to Burlington which was out of my way. St albans still helped me out but Uhaul customer service sucked.
JEFFREY KCouldn’t get me a bigger truck and had no dolly. We picked up truck was happy that they had found a bigger truck but then on way to pick up load they called to let us know they gave us the wrong truck and had to turn it around and bring it back. I called to rent truck weeks before and they got someone else up big truck but not us . We had to make two trips back and forth and still didn’t get all my stuff so I was very disappointed. And it would have helped if we had a dolly which I requested when I called for rental first time. No I wouldn’t use them again. This saying I’m moving from Florida to Vermont in a week or so so I’ll be renting one from Florida in hopes of a better experience.
