Place was wide open as I walked around inside looking for someone no one there. Had to call for attendant. Only two vans, two trailers in parking lot. Interior offices were very messy, unorganized and looked unused.

John MI made the reservation at a location closest to my home, when I got the conformation call the pick up location was 30 miles away. I thought that was strange and also made for a much longer day loading the trailer. The pick up went very smooth. Just not what I was expecting.
John PNot much to improve: maybe a quick rundown of how to properly use the parking brake. I thankfully had no hills to park on and the truck was stable enough, but I didnt spot the recommendational disclaimer on the handle until after I was done with the main uses for the truck Thank you for the excellent service and hope the texting capabilities continue working properly for you :)
