Johnny was very helpful. He helped me with checking the truck in and made sure everything was good for me. The truck was clean and very easy to drive. I would definitely go back to that location again if needed.

It was my first time using the mobile pick up. That part was a little confusing, but the app had videos to help me along. I’m sure it would be much smoother next time.
JEANNE WFuel was under half but showed in the checkin as half. When I returned with the same amount of fuel I was still overcharged for refueling
Nels FDrop-off unclear... arrived on time and sat outside calling for 15 minutes to ask for assistance while no one picked up the phone. Walked inside of a SMOKE SHOP and was charged $40 when I told the guy I was outside while he wasn't answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous, U-Haul has zero empathy for an honest misunderstanding. The whole process from pick up to drop-off was a pain in the ass. Last time I will ever use this company.
