The worst idea to use another company’s parking lot and the staff at Noura have no clue about anything but have you give them a code and they hand over the key for the truck. Thank God that Dale Morgan ; a Staff member of U-haul was there picking up another Truck and he helped me tremendously! The process was grueling and I would NOT recommend this location ever!

Excellent service!
Brent LDidn't have a dolly
Vickie LThis is my 2nd time using UHAUL, both times my orders were incorrect as far as equipment goes. I was missing 2 dolly's on my last move and was still charged for them. When calling to have the dolly’s deducted from my bill, I was told someone would call me in 72 hours (not sure why I couldn’t have been helped then and there). No one ever called me back. And when I picked up the UHAUL, it only 1/8th of a tank of gas. I will not recommend or use UHAL in the future.
Jordan HJohnny was very helpful. He helped me with checking the truck in and made sure everything was good for me. The truck was clean and very easy to drive. I would definitely go back to that location again if needed.
