The location was not open at the advertised times. I spent over an hour there an ended up using mobile return. Once I was unhooked and parking lady came out and told me I couldn’t return it there. I called customer service and they told me to leave it there. When I parked and was leaving, the lady came back out cursing at me telling me I couldn’t keep it there and had to move it. I told her what customer service said and she continued cursing and yelling at me. I spent almost two hours trying to return it while being yelled and cursed at. Never renting from U-Haul again.

Excelent service
Diego MI arrived during the stated opening times. No U-haul person was present and to process the return myself.
RONALD PIt’s a Uhaul rental at a sketchy motel with a tiny parking lot that was nearly impossible to find a spot large enough for a 20 foot box truck. To add to the frustration there is little to no room to get a picture of the truck for the mobile drop off. This is a bad location
