I rented a open trailer w/ramp on Fri. Aug.15 & returned it the same day. I forgot to remove my hand truck. I called & went back to pick it up & the handtruck disappeared. Very negative experience. Disappointed!

The truck was very dirty in the inside with a very bad odor.
HECTOR GI already recommended them to my daughter. They're right down the road from her house. The gentleman that works there was so helpful and friendly. They are a tire shop, so I will definitely be using their services for that as well.
