Truck was rented to us with two VERY bad condition front tires. The first “exploded” at 60 mph two hours into our 12 trip. The second one was ready to do the same thing according to technician who showed up 3 hours after we were stranded on I-75 shoulder. Tires were eventually changed, but we lost 4 hours and were in an unsafe place for that time.

JESUS BI rented a open trailer w/ramp on Fri. Aug.15 & returned it the same day. I forgot to remove my hand truck. I called & went back to pick it up & the handtruck disappeared. Very negative experience. Disappointed!
