The wait was a little excessive (20 minutes) before even making contact with the representative. I was the only customer on the premises. The property conditions were dirty and cluttered. Upon finding the rep, his customer service was very good.
Lane PThe pickup location closes and has a locked gate. Keep this in mind if you leave your other vehicle overnight.
Denee NMaybe have the trailer already hooked up for pickup. Overall it was fine, though.
MICHAEL BCenter I returned the vehicle at tried to charge me an additional $145. He lied and said that I did not fill the fuel.
