Paid for moving blankets didn’t receive moving blankets now being charged for 12 moving blankets that I did not receive over $100 causing me to not rent a truck yesterday Losing a job costing me $900 and now no answer at location called U-Haul filed dispute waiting to hear back from Craig this location and will take up to no another 3 days to maybe or maybe not resolve this issue what can be done is answer the phone and be honest about what we received and solve this issue immediately.

James CStop robbing people. I ordered a truck for 24hours and was charged for 2 days. Knowing I did not have it for 2 days. I was still charged for it. Very dissatisfied customer and will not be back to you all. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. And I never got any of my money back. Nor did I get an apology or anything.
