They were supposed to be open at 9am and no one was there. Till we called U-haul nothing would have been done about this situation. Took the owner 1hr to get there

Luz AThe man that helped me load my car onto the transport was unaware that the wheel cover moved out of the way to allow the driver's door to open. I learned that when dropping off. A little training there would be helpful for future customers. He was very helpful otherwise and I definitely recommend the location!
