Mohammad SRepresentative tried too over charge me. Was very rude when I called the head office to ask questions and the rates were dropped. Definitely would have been better to deal with a location closer to me where I originally booked. wanted to return it to the closer location but was refused.
LORI AThey were very friendly but not organized. I dropped the trailer off over the weekend after hours. Several days later I got a notice that I had not returned it. It took a while to get a customer service agent but when I did, Matt was very helpful.
