Overall experience was very stressful. I had trouble with the app and had to navigate multiple phone numbers to find someone who eventually was able to help me (St Louis dispatch was great). This experience was much worse than i have previously had with UHaul.
FREDERICK PLock box instructions and location are inconvenient. - in a different parking lot in the middle of the lot.. Lock box instructions said Compartment 1 - password DUCK but did not open. The second compartment did open with DUCK however did not lock. Had to drop in the red box. Very displeased with the after hours return request.
JASON LTHIS LOCATION IS FINE. BUT I WANTED IS TO TO RENT A TRUCK FROM RIGHT NEXT TO MY STORE BUT INSTEAD UHAUL WANTED ME TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICK UP A TRUCK. I KNOW THERE WAS A CLOSER LOCATION .SO I CONTACED MATT HE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME OUT WITH A RENTAL BEFORE . AND HE HELPED ME OUT AGAIN . NOT UHAUL . VERY DISPOINTED WITH UHUALS OFFICE.BUT THANKS TO MATT AT TRIPLE THREAT MIDWEST.
TERRY KI had the location changed the day before pick up and it added an additional 45 minutes to my day....plus using the app to pick it up took about 30 minutes to complete which put us even further behind. To be clear, this was not the fault of the location but the fault of the organization.
