Great location, wonderful help and people
Erin LParking wasn't great. Not many places to leave your personal vehicle while renting the Uhaul. The small lot is shared with another trucking service and the area didn't feel great. The guy working inside was nice and helpful.
KIRBY PThe business close at 5pm on 6/6/26 , I returned rental around 4:45 pm on 6/6/26. Employee stated they would get the car check in and I will get a receipt. I did not get a receipt until 6/7/26 at 12:00 pm. I understand, being busy but I would like confirmation earlier when I return rental. I returned with no damage to the truck and gas tank full. I would like to have that confirmation directly at that point and time compared to waiting over 12 hours until.
