It was a horrible experience from the get go with Matt at the Dart store location. Get rid of him as a dealer. I have filed a dispute.

The experiences of the pickup and dropoff locations were excellent. However, the pickup location changed from the location where I made a reservation as well as the check-in method (mobile check-in) changed. The gentleman in the pickup location was very helpful.
